Reservation

1. The reservation needs to be made minimum 24 hours prior to the activity.

2. All prices are inclusive of all taxes.

Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email and ticket after booking.

• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.

Cancellation

• Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity.

• No refund will be given for cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the activity.

• If you place an order within 24 hours prior to the activity, please note that we are unable to cancel your order. NO REFUND will be issued. 

How To Use

• You may present a printed or mobile voucher

• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

• The driver will contact you and reconfirm your pick up time in advance

• Please be at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure

• The driver will only wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for the pick up and cannot be contacted by the driver after the waiting time, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given

• The driver will drop you off at the pickup venue or if you would like to go another venue, please inform driver directly
