Terms & Conditions 

Reservation

1. The reservation needs to be made minimum 48 hours before arrival.
2. All prices are inclusive of all taxes.
3. Gliders can hold up to 210 kg. Our safety range for heaviest passenger will be 110 kg.
4. The youngest recommended passenger will be 12 years old, depending on their height and weight. The oldest recommendation will be 64 years old depending on their health, height and weight.
5. Sport shoes are recommended to wear for this activity. In case of winter season in Australia, light sweater/jacket will be helpful sometimes.
6. The duration of the flight is about 10 - 15 minutes, dependent on the weather.

Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email and voucher after booking.
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.

Cancellation

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity.
• No refund will be given for cancellation made within 48 hours prior to the activity.
• If you place an order within 48 hours prior to the activity, please note that we are unable to cancel your order. NO REFUND will be issued. 

How To Use

• You may present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.

Pick Up and Drop Off Information

• The operator will contact you and reconfirm your pick up time in advance.
• Please be at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure.
• The driver will only wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for the pick up and cannot be contacted by the driver after the waiting time, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given.
• The driver will drop you off at the pickup venue or if you would like to go another venue, please inform driver directly.
• All itineraries include travel time to/from paragliding area.

Surcharges

• Additional surcharges will apply if your hotel is outside the stated service areas to be paid in cash directly to the driver.

Canggu and Bherawa areas: IDR300,000 per car

Ubud, Gianyar, Tabanan, Tanah Lot areas: IDR600,000 per car
