Cancellation

75% refunds will be issued for cancellations made 5 days prior to the activity.

50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the activity.

No refund will be given for no show to the activity.

Hotel pick up and drop off services are only available within the following areas:
Please be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick up route
